I have had three restaurants, Scandelicious in Aldeburgh and two in London. I also had a stall at Borough Market for 10 years. 'The Swedish Chef' was my first catering company, Televisions programmes Anglia's hostess of the year BBC's first 'Masterchef goes Large'. 'Jamie does Stockholm' Radio The Food Programme Veg talk Pick of the Week Nicky Cambell's radio Five Live's 'Euronews' I won Scanorama's Culinary Award (one of a series of awards for Scandinavian achievers), Books "Swedish Food and Cooking" Scandinavian Cooking Dorling Kindersley Eyewitness Guide for Stockholm. The Windsor Fringe in October 2010 www.windsor.gov.uk/.../a-moveable-feast-windsor-fringe-festival-p631861 The latest project for me is that I have been asked to endorse a marvellous new Swedish product called 'Oatley" www.oatly.com or www.oatly.co.uk I am writing recipes where I have to use the product which is an alternative to milk and cream and soya milk. NOW I am cycling through Thailand Cambodia and Vietnam to raise money for kitchen's in primary schools.
